U5–U8 Developmental Program

“Building Foundations With Fun, Confidence, and DEER Values”
  1. Program Overview

The U5–U8 Developmental Program is CARAM’s introductory level for children ages 5 to 8. At this stage, the focus is on building a love for football while developing essential motor skills, basic technique, teamwork habits, and emotional confidence.

The program is rooted in CARAM’s DEER Values:

  • D – Discipline (following instructions, forming routines)
  • E – Ethics (fair play, honesty, taking turns)
  • E – Excellence (always trying their best)
  • R – Respect (respecting teammates, coaches, and themselves)
  1. Program Philosophy

Children in this age group learn best through:

  • Play-based activities
  • Short, dynamic exercises
